The original design was numerically calculated as the basis for the optimizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. topology optimization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Main load paths were determined with the help of topology optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From this, a concept with planking sheets and an optimized frame structure was developed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The weight saving of this concept is approx. 8%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This concept was calculated and optimized in several loops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adoption of the topology-optimized roof structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduction and optimization of the individual struts and their wall thicknesses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing instructions for the sandwich panels have been created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The weight saving of this concept is:
